Simply contact us to arrange a time to join up, once a member we can arrange to get you booked in for an induction / program (which is included in your membership). The joining process takes around 15 minutes, remember there are no joining fees, no registration fees.
Memberships are paid for monthly via Direct Debit.

The new Pricing structure will come into effect from the 1st October 2025.
Current members will not be subject to changes until 1 of April 2026.
(Current members are welcome to change their membership in advance of the 1st of April).
Adult: Monthly / £37 per month 6 Months / £34.50 per month 12 Months / £32 per month
Blue Light: *** Monthly / £32 per month 6 Months / £29.50 per month 12 Months / £27 per month
Off Peak: ** Monthly / £25 per month 6 Months / £23 per month 12 Months / £21 per month
Student: * Monthly / £20 Annual / £200
Senior: Monthly / £20 Annual / £200
Senior membership 60 years old and above.
* Student must be youth full time education and not in full time employment.
**Mon - Fri 9am - 3pm, Sat & Sun 8am - 2pm.
*** senior discount £18 Blue Light Discount.

We also offer Annual membership
Day passes are £6 a day, once you pay for 7 sessions you get your 8th one free.
Please note if the gym is busy we reserve the right to not allow entry for day passes.
