PADWORK

Our Pad work class put simply…

I’m not teaching you to get into the ring, but its not boxercise

Using proper boxing techniques in a fitness way

This class will burn calories, build upper body strength and shoulder stability and is great for mental health as nothing feels better than stringing together a combination of punches

Never done Pad work before, book in a session with Paul to run over the basics

BOOTCAMP

Are you ready for the craziness that is this hard core, heart racing, muscle pumping, fat burning class?

SPIN

This class is the ultimate challenge, push yourself to the limits, this is a 45 minute class that will push anyone, but because its a low impact class, anyone of any fitness level can take part

Legs, Bums and Tums

This class is all about the lower body, lets strengthen those legs and build that core.

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY

At CYT Fitness Gym we have seen a large percentage of people who have tight muscles and bad posture from day to day life which effects how we go about our day to day activities and training.

After a week of training and life, give yourself the time to stretch and improve your flexibility with our Flexibility class.

FITTER LIFE SENIORS

Fitter Life Seniors is a class for a fitter life in your more mature years, using exercises that will help fight off aches and pains and help with day-to-day living. Using resistance bands, core, cardio and balance exercises to give you a workout that should make you feel energised and ready for the week ahead.

Circuits

For those who like to get a good workout at the weekend. Think exercise stations, a mix of cardio and resistance for that all over body blitz.
